Emotions: Accept or Ignore?

How is your relationship with your emotions? Do you accept them? Do you ignore them? Are you even aware of them?

I work with a lot of people and its not uncommon for them to not be able to identify with their emotions. 

For example, assuming that anxiety, stress or even depression are emotions. These are states NOT emotions

Emotions are the underlying factor, which leads to those states. For example, fear, hurt, anger, guilt, sadness, shame, to name the most common ones. These are emotions.

Emotions are simply energy in motion (this is where the word emotion derives itself).

When we have this energy inside of our bodies and we aren’t aware of them, they start to add up. Our body becomes more and more full of this toxic energy. This is when undesirable states (as mentioned above) show up.

Built up energy like this leads to emotional and physical pain, as well as unhealthy behaviors which will affect your overall wellbeing, inclusive of family, relationships, profession and health.

Open your relationship with your emotions. Learn to accept, understand and process your emotions to the charge is released.

You will gifted with amplification of positive emotions and a healthier mind, body and soul.
